We listen, act, and transform
Freddie Amos, a Dallas Texas native, graduated from Auburn University with her bachelors and masters degree in clinical mental health in 2022. As a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor, Freddie is passionate about walking with girls and women through the healing process.
What I love most about counseling is the freedom to create it to be exactly what you need. Each session I focus on your needs while utilizing my clinical experience to dive deeper into what you bring into the room. I don't strive to bring you complete healing, but to give you all the tools you need to live the abundant life you were created for! Life should be full of love, joy, and peace and yet so many people never experience these things. My hope is to support you as you let go of the pain of your past and grab ahold of who God says you are and walk in fullness of life.
I uses an integrated approach based on the needs of each individual client. My main ways of therapy consist of Cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and internal family systems.
